Contract Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1. Responsible for overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties
2. Preparation of project tender, costing, budget, and estimates including Bills of Quantities
3. Prepare quotation, progress claim and submission of samples to Clients / Consultants
4. Perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements
5. Preparation of monthly valuations for approval by Client
6. Preparation and submission of valuations and final accounts
7. Attending monthly progress meeting on site
8. Responsible to prepare / evaluate / assess claims and variations
9. Interpret contract and tender documents
10. Liaise with all level of Management / consultants / contractors
11. Able to coordinate materials & equipment delivery schedule
12. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
13. To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and the Management from time to time
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

f) **Attitude**: Have the attitude and desire to perform and likes to give and accept constructive criticisms.
g) **Effective**: Have the ability to choose the right things to do and get them done.
h) **Leadership and development of subordinates**: Have the ability to train and motivate subordinates and obtain results, delegate, and control their work activities. Involve staff in planning and allow them to make decisions.
i) **Communications and interpersonal skills**: Have the ability to express ideas orally and respects the view of others. Have the ability to relate in an effective manner with colleagues.
j) **Standard of Reports**: Have the ability to produce reports which are timely, accurate and complete.
2. To carry out your duties & responsibilities diligently and honestly.
**Requested travel to the Site.**
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday (5days)
**Location**: One City, Subang Jaya
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
