**Job title: Account Executive (Junior Position)**

**Location: Singapore**

**Salary: SGD 2900 / MYR9000**

**Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage full set of Account Payable for shipment including invoice and PO matching, data entry of invoices, payment vouchers and supplier recon.
- Update daily cash collection, issue Debit Note.
- Send statement of accounts to customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Assist with month end closing report and reconciliations.
- Prepare GST reports for submission.
- Prepare Audit schedules.
- Handling ad-hoc projects from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years accounting experience preferably in trading / retail environment.
- Detail oriented, independent, and able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadline.
- Good command in communication & interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
