**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- **
- Overseas daily operations of the office, maintain and manage the office conditions.
- Organise & coordinate meetings.
- Paperwork preparation for any local authority.
- Manage office equipment’s.
- Submit & reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal & external clients.
- Liaise with executive & senior administrative assistants to handle requests & queries from senior managers.
- Maintain the SQL accounting & inventory management system with up-to-date data.
- Liaise with accountants for smooth month end closing.
- Maintain office policies & procedures.
- To carry out essential sales coordination & support to sales team.
- Able to work with multiple parties (suppliers, customers and operation) to complete the sales process.
- Ensure collection of payment with internal team.
- Follow up outstanding order/ enquiry.
- To coordinate & work align with the operation team (accounts & logistics) on both goods purchase & delivery.
- To assist superior in record keeping, updating data & filing.
- Assist in general office administrative matters.
- Do all filing in a proper documentation in timely & accurate manner.
**REQUIRED SKILLS:
- **
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience in procurement and admin.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Time management & ability to prioritize the work.
- Knowledge of office management systems & procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to possess’ own transportation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Procurement management: 2 years (required)
