**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- _**Business Growth**:_Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events industry, including corporate events, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, and more.
- _**Client Relationship Management**:_ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure consistent communication and understanding of client needs.
- _**Proposals & Presentations**:_ Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing the company’s services and event solutions.
- _**Negotiations & Closing**:_ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and event details with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome. Secure new event bookings and generate sales revenue.
- _**Market Research**:_ Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands. Use this information to develop strategic sales initiatives and stay ahead of market changes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and event planning teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- _**Reporting**:_ Provide regular reports on sales activities, business development progress, and revenue targets to management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- _**Education**:_ A degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management is preferred.
- _**Experience**:_ 2+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development. (preferably in Events)
- _**Skills**:_ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
