**Responsibilities**:

- To efficiently respond to telephone enquiries, both from internal and external personnel, ensuring that calls are re-directed if necessary, and responding to enquiries in a polite manner consistently and transfer to the appropriate extensions;
- Assist in making outgoing calls as and when required by individuals;
- Responsible for greeting persons entering or calling the organization, determining the nature and purpose of visitor/caller requests, and directing the visitor/caller to the correct destination. As and when required, receive and record the presence of visitors, issuing VIP visitor passes;
- Able to make recommendations and handle complaints and requests in a professional and calm manner;
- Receives, directs and relays telephone messages correctly and route them to the proper person;
- Signs for deliveries when necessary and notifies recipients;
- Acknowledge receipt of documents and immediately distributing the same of the relevant personnel;
- Liaising with dispatch for the delivery of documents e.g. Arranging for collection of documents from the office or other locations as instructed or delivery of the same with the relevant dispatch;
- Keep record of all letters incoming and outgoing via post, hand or fax;
- Check letter box for letters and distributing them accordingly; (Everyday)
- Taking care and update inventory, stationery's, office suppliers and other pantry stocks;
- Ensure all meeting rooms and equipment are in order at all times;
- Perform daily clerical and administrative functions to support management
**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates and SPM graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field (desired but not required)
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
