**Key Responsibilities**

**A. Welding and Fabrication Duties**
- **Welding and Fabrication**: Execute various welding techniques (such as **MIG, TIG, and Shielded Metal Arc Welding / SMAW**) to repair cracks, join structural components, or fabricate new parts according to engineering plans or specifications.
- **Material Preparation**: Cut, shape, and prepare metal materials (steel, aluminum, etc.) before the welding process, including grinding, cleaning, and ensuring surfaces are ready for joining.
- **Quality Inspection**: Ensure all welding work complies with established quality and safety standards, including testing the strength and durability of the joints.

**B. Motor Repair and Maintenance Duties**
- **Diagnosis**: Diagnose faults and operational problems in various types of electric motors (AC/DC) and machinery, utilizing testing tools and technical knowledge.
- **Repair and Replacement**: Perform motor repair work, including **disassembling, replacing faulty parts (bearings, windings),** and reassembling the motor.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Implement scheduled **preventive maintenance (PM)** tasks on motors and machinery to ensure optimal lifespan and operation.
- **Installation and Testing**: Install repaired motors and equipment, and conduct **functional testing** to confirm successful repairs and performance.

**C. Safety and Documentation**
- **Workplace Safety**: Adhere to all **workshop safety procedures** and machine operation protocols (including wearing appropriate PPE) to prevent accidents, especially when handling welding equipment and heavy machinery.
- **Reporting**: Complete accurate work reports, including time logs, materials used, and details of faults/repairs for inventory and maintenance history purposes.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
