**Responsibilities**:

- To adhere and practice company’s code of conduct for sales and marketing personnel and all SOP.
- To assist in create, set up, update, maintain and monitor all projects, phrases and generate lots, sizes and pricing in RoadRunner system.
- To assist in plan and manage market research, creative agency, marketing collaterals, marketing advertisement, marketing campaign, product awareness, and post-mortem report according to the time frame.
- To ensure accomplish work task given with accuracy and within agreed time frame for sales documentation, loan documentation, project site inspection, respond to customer's enquiry and daily sales gallery duty.
- To assist in units' allocation for SPA solicitor and provide information for new project launching, liaise with them to ensure the SPA documentation has been signed and stamped and return to MKH in expected time period.
- To assist in coordinate and liaise with Admin and Accounts department for the incentive package, assist in collection progress payment from purchasers and receipt issued etc.
- To attend all sort of enquiries and participate in roadshow and event.
- To assist, co-operate and liaise with agent for sales confirmation, status report of SPA signing & loan, handling their purchase queries and ensure the procedure is in order.
- To assist for upkeeping of sales gallery, show units, signboard, billboard, and landscape.
- Attending to walk in customers & appointment.
- Dealing with collections and credit card settlement.
- To key in and update customer database for marketing awareness.
- To monitor market trends and prepare report..
- To close sales and achieve individual sales target.
- To be responsible for new project marketing preparation till launching.
- To liaise with advertisers, contractors, printers, and other related parties for task coordination.
