Responsibilities
- Liase with customers on quality plan and related issues as well as initiate and follow up on effective corrective or preventive action.
- Initiate product quality meeting to highlight issues and discussion on action plan.
- Ensure that quality related issues and customer feedback are promptly and effectively
- Join as the core team for new product PPAP preparation (APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PSO, SPC control limit establish)
- Able to develop on overall quality plan & process improvement for the company
- Coordinate to ensure internal QC team understand on the product requirement
- Drive quality improvement plan

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
