Position: Hotel Hostess (Receptionist)
Location: 5-Star Hotel, Petaling Jaya (10 minutes away from Mid Valley Megamall)

**Job Scope**:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage guest seating arrangements, keep track of reservations and waitlists
- Take reservations by phone, online, or in person and update records accurately
- Offer information on menus, facilities, event and services available
- Coordinate seating and guest flow during busy hours or special events
- Listen to guest concerns and complaints and resolve in professionally
- Represent the hotel and organization positively and professionally.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
