Business Development Manager

Responsible for building business in online trading market through gaining new customers and accounts social media / Linkedin or others.
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships with all clients for their retention and future prospects.
- Providing management with market feedback.
- Meeting with clients re-assuring them of the company product.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business for existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Analyze marketing trends and tracking competitors, activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning operation & marketing strategies.
- Search for projects (potential partners) through various approaches such as social networks, messengers, website or etc.
- Conducting business meetings presentation as well as live communication with potential partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- At least 2 years experience within the industry in a similar role
- Fluency in English. An additional language will be considered an advantage
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong selling skills.
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Possess strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal management skills.
- Strong planning, forecasting, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
