**Responsible for daily admin functions.**:

- **Administrative task including data entry, filing, documentation, coordinating, and follow up on pending matters.**:

- **Exploring business/ tender opportunity in various medium including potential clients, walk-in clients, e-Perolehan (government tender), private sector tender, Edgenta Oracle, Radibems BidAsia etc.**:

- **Being the first point of contact for internal and external parties**:

- **Responsible for planning training plan Basic CPR & AED usage execution with clients by suggesting dates and confirm on availability.**:

- **Act and assist as CPR and AED usage trainer after certified as First Aider, trainer for Basic Occupational First Aid (BOFA)
- Training provided**:

- **Responsible to maintain database of spareparts including but not limited to inventory, expiry dates (electrode pad and AED battery), reminder on suggestions dates for parts replacement or new purchase.**:

- **Responsible to manage for the promotional activities, organising events and promotional exhibitions, preparing meeting rooms and training rooms (if applicable).**:

- **Updating database of clients including but not limited to current, past clients and potential clients.**:

- **Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc: Company Profile, Tender Documents, Training module.**:

- **Responsible for courier arrangement for parts and documents delivery (if applicable) by Citylink, DHL or Fedex.**:

- **Implementing the Standard Operating Procedure to ensure Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device (GDPMD) well implemented (related documents: Quotation, Purchase Order, Invoice, Delivery Order, Installation & Commissioning documents etc)**:

- **Ad-hoc task as needed by management.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
