Leads a team of Sales.
- Observe team members & new joiners’ job performance.
- To report sales based on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly versus forecast to directors.
- Research potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the Direct Selling industry.
- Assured all Sales and Marketing related communication (internal and external) are linked.
- Discovers and explores business opportunities.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
