Job description

**Responsibility**:

- Assist in handling inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Work in a team to assist superior in achieving the required KPI elements
- Assist in updating and ensuring proper documentation records
- Perform other task duties assigned by management
- To handle and monitor shipping activities ( delivery arrangement to customer)
- Handle any ad-hoc functions and tasks as assigned by superior from time to time

**Requirements**:
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration/ Business Studies/ Management/ Marketing or any related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mandarin proficiency is a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have authorization to work in Semenyih, Selangor

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
