1. To manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to support daily operation activities, ensuring effective distribution and inventory system.

2. Plan, organize and manage warehouse systems and activities, monitor and control on all incoming and outgoing delivery.

3. Optimize warehouse space, planning, and organizing day-to-day inventory and control process to ensure smooth operations.

4. Maintain high level of safety and housekeeping

5. Ensure compliance to food safety standards; carry out GMP Audit and close all the GMP findings related to warehouse.

6. Train, motivate and develop staff to achieve departmental KPIs.

7. Maintain warehouse facilities and equipment at a high state of readiness.

8. Manage timely inventory updates, FIFO, cycle counting and stock accuracy.

9. Analyse inventory data and produce accurate and timely reports.

10. To perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Degree in Logistics and Transportation, Business Administrations or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.

3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

4. Team player and must be able to work independently.

5. Mature and possess strong leadership skills to lead and guide team.

6. Fluent in English and computer literate.

7. SAP system experience will be added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
