**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:

- Prefer handle full-set accounts (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
- Prepare monthly financial reports, invoices, and payment processing.
- Assist in annual audits, tax filings, compliance and payroll processing.
- Maintain good record keeping in professional way.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Diploma / LCCI or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
**Experience**: Minimum **2 years** in accounting field
**Skills**:

- Proficient in **English**and **Mandarin** (written & spoken).
- Hands-on with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, UBS, SQL) & MS Office.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5-day work week)

**主要职责：**

**会计职责：**
- 处理全套账目（应付/应收帐款、总账、银行对账等）。
- 编制月度财务报告、发票及付款处理。
- 协助年度审计、税务申报、合规工作和工资操作。
- 保持专业良好的文件收纳与记录。

**行政职责：**
- 管理日常行政事务（办公用品、文件处理、信函往来）。
- 协调内部团队及外部供应商。
- 协助人力资源处理薪资、考勤及其他临时任务。

**任职要求：**

**学历要求：** 会计、金融或相关专业的文凭/LCCI或以上学历。
**工作经验：** 至少2年会计经验。
**技能要求：**
- 英语与华语流利（书面及口语）。
- 熟练使用会计软件（如AutoCount、UBS、SQL）及MS Office。
- 具备多任务处理能力，工作细致，能独立完成任务。

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
