- Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Physics, CGPA above 3.0
- Minimum 5 years experiences in leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Calibration Management**:

- Develop and maintain calibration procedures, work instructions, and test methods.
- Ensure calibration equipment is calibrated and maintained according to relevant standards.
- Manage calibration schedules and ensure timely calibrations.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Supervise and mentor calibration technicians.
- Provide training and development opportunities for calibration technicians.
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in calibration processes.
- Implement and manage process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track calibration process performance.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Manage the calibration equipment inventory.
- Ensure the availability of calibrated and maintained equipment.
- Procure and maintain calibration standards.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate calibration status and issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure calibration needs are met.
- Participate in audits, complete and close all non-conformance within schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
