Manager - Billing (Broking Operations) **Company**: Marsh **Description**: **Manager - Billing (Broking Operations)** What can you expect? - To be part of the Shared Service to **support Singapore Market**: - Interact diverse colleagues and stakeholders from various line of business within MMC What is in it for you? - Participate in projects based on regions - Career Development and Training Opportunities We will count on you to: - Responsible for the backend processing operations of Broking team with specific focus on Invoice to Cash processes - Managing stakeholders by partnering and influencing them on business - Manage SLAs on accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time per agreed standards with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient deliveries - Effectively drive a culture of adherence to policies & procedures as per organization's standards and laid out SOPs - Undertake ad-hoc assignments/any other tasks by regional office or Group/Audit activity - Continually monitor & review current practices processes and where necessary make recommendation in respect of enhancements What you need to have: - A Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related fields - Minimum of 10 years working experience out of which 5 is in a managerial role - Experience in operations in Insurance / financial services/ off-shore processing organizations with proven track record in service delivery - Shared service operations or BPO experience in **Invoice to Cash process** and dealing with regional / onshore stakeholders - Managed a team of 10-15 What makes you stand out: - Experience supporting **shared service operations**: - Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information - Transition / migration experience of large processes - Experience in dealing with regional / onshore stakeholders - Experience in handling insurance operations, specifically Invoice to Cash process Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office.
