HR/admin Executive(Prefer Recruitment/ Handle Expatriates Experience)

HRA Executive provide HR and Administration support to employees, managers/Head of Departments that relate to human resource. Their work involves documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, and compensation and benefits information.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Coordinating recruitment** including posting of job advertisement, selecting, and arranging interview activities
2. **Coordinating employment process** including issuance of appointment letter, documents, and orientation of new staff.
3. **Monitoring and administer** all type of leaves record, appraisal for confirmation and action to be taken thereafter, claims, insurance coverage enrolment and deletion etc
4. **Identify competency gaps & propose** for suitable training courses for employees.
5. **Assist in developing HR policies** and enforcement of these policies and procedures.
6. **Handle employee relation, grievances and staff disciplinary issues**, including disciplinary actions, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by follow employment laws.
7. **Handle all matters pertaining to expatriates**
8. Assist with day to day operations for the HR and Admin Dept.
9. To undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:
1. Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

2. At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the related field

3. Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

7. Good spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
