Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Manage daily network operations and technical support.
- Collaborate internally to address complex technical problems.
- Handle network device troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of support cases.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux server OS.
- Perform tasks as directed by Direct Superior/HOD
- Willingness to relocate and work in HK Data Center.
- Able to work with rotational shifts (24/7 operation).
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Familiarity with IT components.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Capable of independent work and team collaboration.
- Preferably 1-2 years of data center experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
