**Operations Executive (Carton Box Manufacturing)**
**Location**: Senai, Johor

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development, implementation, and improvement of factory operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion of customer orders.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory; manage stock replenishment and liaise with suppliers to ensure consistent material availability.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, and shipment planning.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery to customers in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Assist in maintaining machinery performance, factory safety standards, and overall product quality.
- Prepare and update operational reports, including production output and inventory status.
- Work closely with the production and management teams to identify process improvements and reduce operational bottlenecks.

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.** Training will be provided.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of production, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
