Telemarketer Leader

Position : Telemarketer Leader

Location : Shah Alam

Department : Sales & Marketing Department

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Lead, train and motivate team to consistently meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve script delivery, objection handling and conversion skills.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedbacks.
- Develop and implement telemarketing strategies.
- Analyze call data, team productivity and sales metrics and prepare for monthly performance reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences across all calls and follow-ups.

- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office software
