**Job Title: Sales Advisor**

**Job Summary**
The Sales Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring customers have a positive and seamless shopping experience. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, and maintaining high product knowledge to support effective selling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers by providing product information, recommendations, and personalized service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
- Perform cashiering duties, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to supervisors.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Support promotional events, campaigns, and in-store activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update systems as required.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, customer-focused, and sales-driven personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
