Mystep Personnel

**Responsibility**:
Responsible to support various exciting and impact-driven projects implementation, consisting of various activities which would require close monitoring of the deliverables and implementation timeline to meet the set targets.
- Administer and deliver the programmes/projects in accordance with the strategies of the division as well as the mission and goals of the organisation
- Ensure the programmes/projects are implemented according to the policies and procedures of the organisation
- Ensure the programmes/projects activities comply with the relevant legislation and professional standards
- Keep records to document of the programmes/projects activities and maintain proper records and database
- To perform other duties and functions as directed by the Head of Division.
- Involve in departmental projects, initiatives or programs and support other tasks & activities - as and when required.

**Requirements /Criteria**:

- Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above in Business Admin or any other related areas
- Must achieve at least MUET Band 4.
- Exhibit exceptional leadership skills, the spirit of teamwork, agility and resiliency.
- Have a good language proficiency especially in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have not participated in any similar program.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:
