Situated on 4.3 acres on Penang Island with direct beach access, our campus features modern facilities designed to enhance teaching and learning. These include a 530-seat auditorium, music practice rooms, a dance studio, fully equipped science labs, two libraries, an Astroturf field, a 25-metre swimming pool, a learner pool, and innovative classrooms.

At Stonyhurst International School Penang, which opened in 2022, educators play a crucial role in guiding pupils toward their potential. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Teach Physics across various year groups, including A Level.
- Teach Chemistry and Biology to IGCSE Level.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the physics curriculum.
- Contribute to the co-curricular life of the school through related activities and initiatives.
- Actively participate in all weekly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and department meetings to support professional growth.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

The successful applicant will be required to have the following:

- A degree in Physics or a related field.
- PGCE / iPGCE or with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), if applicable.
- Experience teaching Physics at A Level is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- A commitment to the pastoral care and development of pupils.
