**Positions : Gallery Executive / Project Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**

1. To maintains the highest standards of customer and visitor service at the gallery and also media/digital presence (monitor and managing Instagram, FB and other digital accounts).

2. Responsible for gallery administration, management and operation by following the gallery policies and procedures. (To take bookings / promotes / and manages the sale / stock/ inventory record, insurance schedule, installation artworks for exhibits).

3. To propose / plan / execute retail sales via consignment, Pop Up store event (Art Bazar and Art Market), Retail space, tourist gallery (Airport, Bank Negara), corporate gift (inflight retail item) exhibition and workshop].

4. To identify / develop / maintain networking and collaboration partnerships by resume contact with artists, interior designers, National Art Museums, tourism attraction places, and government agencies.

5. To collect, compile and manage the collection / artwork data and certificate of ownership (Art record/data online and offline).

6. To submit activity and results reports, (such as weekly KPI report, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses).

7. To ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

8. Responsible creating long and short term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

9. Responsible for conducting research on the competitive environment and gathers market data for the business and use the results to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation.

10. To do other duties as assigned by the Gallery Manager, and the Director.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
