**Responsibilities**
- Update, monitor and prepare report for hostel maintenance/ repair.
- Responsible for renewal of hostel license.
- Prepare, monitoring and liaise with the landlord for tenancy agreement.
- Do all task given by superior.
- Handle of petty cash for operation team.
- Monitoring utilities bill for hostel.
- Update personal file and database for workers.
- Managing overall Hostel sections and administrations including complaints and welfare aspect of the hostel and also maintenance, cleanliness and facilities in the hostel.

**Requirements and skills**
- SPM/ Diploma in Hostel Management or equivalent.
- Work experience as Hostel Admin are advantage.
- Disciplined and timely manner.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fast learner & able to work under pressure.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
