Job Description Task 1. Analyse and identify new store locations based on information provided by the developer (including area population, competitors, traffic) 2. Assist manager to coordinate, negotiate and guide franchisees on Standard Operation Procedure 3. To coordinate with the designer on store design including amendments of drawing 4. Analyse industry trends and identify new growth areas 5. To build and maintain strong relationships with shopping malls 6. Any other related duties assigned by the Management from time to time 7. Keep track of renewal and filling of Tenancy Agreement Requirements 1. Degree in International Business or Marketing 2. 2 to 3 years experience dealing with Mall and handling of Tenancy Agreement, with good communication and presentation skills 3. Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel) is an advantage 4. Able to coordinate with contractors and conduct site visitation 5. Experience in negotiating contract terms 6. Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets
