**WE’RE HIRING - Warehouse Executive**
**Location**: Bayu Somerset HQ, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

**Job Overview**
As a Warehouse Executive, you will manage daily warehouse operations — from receiving and storing goods to preparing and dispatching orders. You’ll ensure accurate inventory records, smooth order fulfillment, and efficient stock management.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Inbound Operations**
- Receive and verify shipments against purchase orders.
- Conduct regular stock counts and prepare monthly reports.
- Update inventory records in Shopify (scanning DOs, stock adjustments, transfers).
- Process returned items with proper documentation.

**Outbound Operations**
- Prepare and fulfill stock transfers to outlets.
- Pick, scan, and pack items for online and offline deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on pending deliveries and goods in transit.

**General Duties**
- Maintain organized storage and labelling of items.
- File and manage warehouse-related documents.
- Load/unload goods during receiving and dispatch.
- Assist in overseas event setups and dismantling when required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous warehouse operations experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills; Shopify knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks.
