We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Content Creator cum Video Editor. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, producing, and editing engaging content across various digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through compelling visuals, creative storytelling, and innovative video editing. **The Role**:
You will assist us in creating engaging content for our digital audience by translating the satisfaction of our clients, the things we offer, the process of building a home, and the drama into social media. To expand our active online community and attract new members who will become our clients, you will write posts and schedule them across all of our social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:Edit short form video content that’s optimised for social media platforms
- **Content Creation**: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences. Craft content plans outlining topics, formats, channels, and publishing schedules, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- **Attending clients' places**: Conduct site visits and assessments to determine lighting conditions, acoustics, and logístical requirements for the shoot. Collaborate with the client and internal teams to understand the video requirements, objectives, and creative vision.
- **Social Media Management**:Manage and curate social media content, ensuring timely and engaging posts on various platforms. Monitor social media trends and audience interactions, adjusting content strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the team, to ensure alignment of content ideas and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
- Proficient in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro.
- A flair for creating engaging, fun, and eye-catching content.
- Good multitasking and organizational skills.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Clients’ places (Within Klang Valley)
