We are seeking a dedicated and proactive SAP GTS Support Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) environment. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SAP GTS-related issues, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience. The SAP GTS Support Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining trade compliance, resolving operational challenges, and contributing to the overall success of our global trade operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP GTS problems, system errors, and user-reported issues. Collaborate with technical teams and functional experts to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system configurations. Create knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service support and issue resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP GTS functionalities, best practices, and system usage. Address user inquiries and provide guidance on trade compliance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements within the SAP GTS landscape. Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or critical issues to higher-level support teams or SAP vendors when necessary. Provide clear and accurate information to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in testing SAP GTS configurations, updates, and enhancements. Ensure that changes are thoroughly tested in a controlled environment before deployment to production.

**Salary**: Up to RM17,000.00 per month
