**Position Summary**:
The Project / Site Coordinator plays a key role in assisting project teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. This position involves organizing tasks, communicating with team members, and supporting project activities to ensure efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support**:

- Assist in creating project plans and schedules.
- Monitor task progress and update team members.
- Coordinate meetings and document outcomes.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain project records, including schedules and reports.
- Track updates and share regular progress summaries with stakeholders.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a central point of contact for team members.
- Facilitate clear communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Address and escalate any project issues as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle logístical needs, such as scheduling, preparing presentations, and organizing resources.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with project guidelines.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles (6 months - 1 year preferred but not mandatory).

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
