**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to plan, execute and control all distribution services including receiving, storing, delivery, handling of returns goods, ensuring on time in delivery.
- To monitor the flow of daily route operations and identify opportunities for cost savings in delivery process.
- Responsible for inventory management include inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other inventory matter.
- Resolve delivery issues in a timely manner and prevent further reoccurrences.
- Optimize warehouse space, planning and organizing day-to-day inventory and control process to ensure smooth operations.
- To monitor the warehouse storage from time to time to optimize space utilization and to improve efficiency of overall process.
- Ensure that all documents and reports issued are well maintained in a systematic and easy tracking manner.
- To maintain high level of safety work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Abide to all system procedures and internal controls pertaining to Logistics department at all time.
- Able to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment with care.
- Inspect equipment, tools and machinery regularly and oversee general maintenance as needed.
- To assist on logistic vehicle’s maintenance including Puspakom inspection.
- Manage warehouse staff and daily activities.
- To arrange and monitor warehouse staff overtime schedule.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superior/management.

**Qualifications & Experience Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good inter-personal skills and able to deal with all levels of staff.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and under pressure.
- Able to analyze and identify problems and provide solutions.
- Excellent negotiation skill and record-keeping skills.
- Good time management and the ability to collaborate with others.
