**CLIENT SERVICES ANALYST**

**Job Descriptions**
- Gather all the data by analyzing and interpreting any missing, misleading, unmatched, or potential fraudulent data.
- Conducting all necessary of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) exercises.
- Organizing the data updates according to Company processes.
- Processing any incoming changes request, reviewing, verifying, and matching all the data accordance with required documents
- Assist general enquiries from clientele, financial advisor, and brokers via written or phone call.
- Support office administrative and other projects.

Key Requirements
- Working experiences in Client Services is a major plus.
- This position is open to locals as well as foreign nationals and spouse visa holders.

**Job Info**
- Positions is available at Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (KLCC)
- Operations hours from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
- Free daily breakfast and luncheon.
