Job Description:_**
- Under general supervision / broad direction, this role is responsible for supplier contracting activities
- Analyzes data and works with internal stakeholders to identify and execute contracts for suppliers utilizing the Halliburton Contract Management system (i.e. SAP Ariba Contract Management)
- Establishes and manages supplier contract priorities based on stakeholder feedback and business needs
- Ensures adherence to Halliburton supplier contracting policies and work methods also document retention policies
- Acts as liaison between stakeholders, internal departments, and suppliers
- Defines appropriate commercial terms based on stakeholder input and drafts commercial language that mitigates risk in supplier relationships through effective contracts
- Provides updates and reports out contract status to stakeholders and management on a regular basis

Job Requirement:_**
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar discipline (legal background will be a plus)
- A minimum of 2 years of procurement/ sourcing related experience with minimum 1 year of experience with contracting processes, methods, and policies
- Experience with SAP Ariba Contract Management is preferred
- Familiar with Purchase-to -Pay process transformation, supplier relationship management including contract management and spend management solutions will be a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers via strong written and verbal communication skills
