Sales Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Check quotation entry by sales : calculate selling price (based on latest cost price) - Incorporating relevant freight as well as price of last quote to customers - Generate Proforma Invoice for Sales / Finance Manager approval - Advice customer stocks and shipment availability - Co-ordinate with Production coordinator for stocks arrangement - Generate sales order for production planning - To get confirmation from production on stocks availability. - Arrange of shipment for delivery - Book vessel through freight forwarder - Prepare shipping documents for Custom purposes - Arrange cargo delivery to Port / arrange haulage for container loading - Shipment arrangement & processing - To prepare proper shipping documents complies with the Customers requirement and to courier the shipping documents on time - Prepare LC instruction to forwarding agent for BL issuance - Perform checks on draft BL and on other commercial documents (such as Invoices, Beneficiary's Certificate, Packing List, COA, etc) **Requirements**: - Diploma / Degree holder in related field - Preferably supervisory level specializing in Logistic /Supply chain management.
