3. Preparing and maintaining shipping documents, such as bills of lading and customs forms, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

4. Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the shipping process, such as delays, damage, or lost items.

6. Working with other departments, such as warehouse, sales, and accounting, to ensure smooth logistics operations.

7. Ensuring adherence to safety procedures, regulations, and company policies related to shipping and logistics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
