**Job description**

**1. Moulding & Assembly Line Supervision**
- Supervise all operations of injection moulding and downstream assembly processes.
- Plan daily production schedules and allocate manpower accordingly.
- Monitor machine performance, mould conditions, and assembly outputs to meet production targets and quality expectations.
- Ensure smooth start-up, shutdown, and changeover of moulds and tooling.
- Verify that all assembly instructions and tools, are in place and functioning properly.

**2. Workforce Management**
- Manage employee shifts, attendance, time-off requests and overtime submissions.
- Train, guide, and assess operators to ensure competency in their roles.
- Train new workers on machine operation, safety practices, and assembly procedures.
- Promote teamwork and discipline among staff, addressing any issues that arise.

**3. Quality and Process Control**
- Monitor quality of moulded and assembled parts; take immediate action on defects or process deviations.
- Ensure adherence to product specifications, SOPs, and quality inspection standards.
- Coordinate with the QA team for defect analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

**4. Safety and 5S Compliance**
- Enforce workplace safety guidelines across production areas.
- Conduct routine checks to maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Organize periodic audits to uphold cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.

**5. Coordination and Reporting**
- Liaise with planning, tooling, QA, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless production flow.
- Prepare and submit daily production, quality, and attendance reports.
- Participate in meetings and provide inputs on production improvements or challenges.

**Requirements**:

- SPM, Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, especially in plastic injection moulding industry.
- Able to work shift and overtime.
- Good understanding of moulding machines, assembly techniques, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Full understanding of industry safety standards.
- Computer Literacy (Simple HR Software, Word and Excel).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
