**Main Responsibilities:

- **
- Coordinate security operations, including shift schedules for regular patrols, access control, and perimeter security, to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and effectively.
- Manage and provide guidance and support to security personnel, including training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms, to detect and respond to security breaches or incidents.
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation including records of security incidents, reports, and investigations, and prepare detailed incident reports as required.
- Maintain security-related equipment and facilities.
- Handle procurement matters effectively, including request quotations, conducting thorough comparisons, and issue Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders to the service provider.
- To prepare the necessary information, documents, and action items for audits, and actively participate in sessions regarding security-related matters.
- To establish, display, and update security-related signages at all worksites
- Conduct regular checks and prepare attendance sheet for security guards.
- Understands the SOP house rules & documentation and train the security guards.

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field (advantage: legal studies/security enforcement)
- Minimum 3 years experience in work-related field
- Problem solver, growth mindset & systematic work approach
- Able to work independently, high integrity, good analytical skills and resourceful
- Computer literate
- Good reporting skills and audit experience
- Good command of both oral and written English and Malay
- Own a transport since the incumbent will be required to all Infinity premises
- Willing to work in Pulau Indah, Klang and preferably male.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
