**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Are you an experienced **ERP Support Consultant** looking for an opportunity to optimize and support enterprise systems? We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical and functional support for our ERP system, ensuring seamless business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide ongoing **technical support and maintenance** for the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **system errors, performance issues, and bugs**.
- Implement **patches, updates, and system upgrades** to maintain security and efficiency.
- Optimize **ERP workflows and processes** to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Assist in **system configuration and customization** to meet business needs.
- Support end-users with **queries, training, and documentation**.
- Work closely with **IT teams, business analysts, and vendors** for system improvements.
- Participate in **ERP project planning, data migration, and integrations**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Relevant **ERP certifications** are a plus.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in ERP support, ideally with **SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics**, or similar systems.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **ERP functionalities and processes**.
- Proficiency in **SQL, data management, and reporting tools**.
- Excellent **problem-solving and analytical skills**.
- Effective **communication and collaboration** abilities.
- Ability to **work independently and within a team**.
