Associate, Actuarial Pricing
- Ensure products are priced in accordance with the Pricing Policy.
- Review product write-ups and assess product design.
- Prepare product documentation and other filing documents for Bank Negara Malaysia.
- Prepare Group quotations.
- Provide technical justification, cost analysis, and other useful insights to assist in securing Group business.
- Maintain the compilation of group scheme information on a monthly basis.
- Perform user acceptance testing and assist in various testing required for system enhancements.
- Engage with the product/sales team to discuss tailor-made product designs.
- Perform ad-hoc calculations when requested.
- Prepare presentation materials for the Product Development Committee.
- Ensure product designs comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Review marketing materials.
- Support the launch and implementation of new products.
- Work with other departments to ensure customers are treated fairly.
- Liaise with Retakaful operators to obtain support.
- Prepare quarterly product launch reviews and annual product reviews.
- Prepare annual experience studies and analyses.

**Job Specification**:

- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Actuarial Studies
- Passed Intermediate/Fellowship actuarial exams from Faculty of Actuaries, Scotland/ Institute of Actuaries, England/ Institute of Actuaries, Australia/ Society of Actuaries, US.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Relevant computer skills - Macro, Visual Basic, Excel, Word, etc.
- Good understanding of Takaful principles.
