**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage document filing to ensure all documents are properly kept.
- Review payment requests, including verification of the accuracy and completeness of related documents submitted to Finance Department to ensure all requirements set out in A/P policies. Process payments on a timely basis via SAP system and bank portal.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Beginner/Intermediate level).
- Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage
- Comfortable to work OT (though not always and it depends on situation).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 - 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
