**Regional Sales Executive - Central Area, Malaysia**:

- **Our Sales Manager will provide training directly in KL during training.**:

- **Conference and virtual meetings will be conducted on weekly basis.**:
**Regional Sales Executive - Northern Area, Malaysia**:

- **Our Sales Manager will provide training directly in Northern area during training.**:

- **Conference and virtual meetings will be conducted on weekly basis.**:
**Regional Sales Executive - Overseas**
- **Our Sales Manager will provide training directly during training.**:

- **Conference and virtual meetings will be conducted on weekly basis.**:

- **For this position, you must be able to commute overseas. Period of staying in each region is around 2 weeks on customer appointment basis.**:

- **Routine servicing for each SEA countries must be planned and communicated with HOD.**:

- **Travelling Allowance will be provided based on distance**:

- **Sales commission will be entitled in sales currency (ie. EURO, USD, THB etc.)**

**Job Scope**:

- To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
- To present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- To carry out supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- To identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- To evaluate and provide analysis to management for new products and international market opportunities.
- To support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- To make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
- To provide pre-sales support and aftercare to customers to ensure future sales.
- To facilitate Marketing Manager and Technical Sales Manager in the execution of the developed sales strategies, plans, and advertising or promotional programs.
- To ensure activities are in accordance with the developed sales objectives and company’s interests.
- To proactively evaluate the sales procedure and recommend any necessary changes.
- To attend weekly sales meetings to update sales progress.
- To work closely together with Sales Support to ensure Sales Support is well informed of customer’s requirements, trial report,s etc to close deals efficiently.
