Moulding Technician

- Fully responsible for moulding process control to achieve production targets and meet quality requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of moulding efficiency to achieve KPI (OEE, scrap reduction, cycle time).
- Check, set, and verify correct parameters of injection moulding machines according to process sheets.
- Ensure first-off sample is approved by QA in line with the setting sheet before mass production.
- Monitor and control process settings during production, ensuring consistent product quality.
- Analyse quality issues on moulded parts, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform daily maintenance and housekeeping according to the Tooling Checklist in Process.
- Assist and participate in new tooling trial runs, machine acceptance tests, and process validations.
- Work closely with Automation Engineers to integrate robotics, pick-and-place systems, and auxiliary automation for stable production.
- Support preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of moulding machines, tooling, and automation peripherals.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety standards, ISO/IATF requirements, and 5S practices.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
