We are partnering with a well-established accounting consultancy firm in Setia Alam that provides high-quality audit and assurance services to a wide range of clients. They are looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Audit Manager** to join their team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for a seasoned auditor to take on greater responsibility and contribute directly to the firm’s growth and success.

As the Audit Manager, you will lead and manage audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and provide strategic insights to clients on financial and operational matters. You will be a key player in ensuring that audits are performed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of auditors, providing guidance and feedback throughout the audit process
- Review financial statements, audit working papers, and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with clients to discuss findings, provide recommendations, and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of best practices, internal controls, and risk management procedures
- Manage multiple audit projects simultaneously and maintain strong attention to detail
- Assist in the development of audit proposals, client presentations, and business development initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting and auditing regulations and standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA) are a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, auditing principles, and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Experience in managing audits for a range of clients, including SMEs and large corporations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
