**Summary of Role**:

- Support GBS management team led by GBS VP in the development and implementation of the Third Hub operational & service performance management and reporting strategy.
- Assist the GBS Management team in identifying gaps and deficiencies to implement improvements across capability development service delivery.
- Support GBS management team in activities to enhance service performance and monitor the impact of initiatives on SLAs and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support GBS management team in executing Third hub growth strategy and transition management

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:

- Collect, develop, implement and monitor Third Hub overall operation, performance and strategy.
- Prepare, develop and analyze reports for Third Hub’s overall performance (KPIs, SLAs and OLAs) to key stakeholders.
- Develop, analyse, conduct periodic benchmark on service level, identify and promote process improvements across various functions within Third Hub.
- Collect, monitor and analyse feedback and development of the various functions as well as identifying new capabilities within the Third Hub.
- Conduct research, build business case and manage documentation for transition projects
- Prepare, edit and maintain Third Hub knowledge base documentation for business transformation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required**:

- Minimal experience of working in a shared services center or global business services center, within complex, high volume environment.
- Good understanding of service management processes and performance improvement processes.
- Demonstrable success in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and produce routine reports and make recommendations based on analysis.
- Experience working in an international organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Strong initiative and drive to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, accuracy, initiative, attention to detail and analytical problem solving.
- Must demonstrate English language competency.

**Required Experience, Qualifications & Education**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.
- High school diploma or degree equivalent.
