**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests with professionalism and a smile, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation styles, and dietary information.
- Present menus, answer inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Highlight daily specials and current promotions to guests.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems, order slips, or memory when needed.
- Relay special requests and orders clearly to kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timely service.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Deliver attentive customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to concerns or requests.
- Check in with guests during and after their meal to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Prepare tables before service - setting up linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments neatly.
- Present bills, process payments accurately, and return change or receipts as needed.
- Clear tables promptly and transport used items to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all front-of-house areas including dining and bar sections.
- Assist in smooth daily operations by performing any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or management team.
**Job Requirements**:
- Language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia (required).
- No prior experience necessary - we welcome anyone eager to learn and passionate about the fast-paced F&B industry.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit are essential.
- Fresh graduates, ex-cabin crew, former hospitality staff, and those with a customer-focused background are highly encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, New-Grad
Pay: RM7.50 - RM8.00 per hour
