**Responsibilities**:
The job requires you to:

- Support the Human Resources Lead in coordinating company-wide learning programs, training interventions and employee engagement activities
- Support the Human Resources Lead in managing employee assets during the onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Support the Human Resources team in ensuring the facilities are functional, fit for purpose and enables employees, teams’ work to flow seamlessly in the office
- Build and nurture relationships with employees to encourage cross-department/office collaboration and open communication.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by Human Resources Lead
- Keep up with the latest workforce & human resources trend

**Job Requirement**:

- Verbal communication in English and Mandarin

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
