- Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- _Work From Home on Wednesday & Friday_
Overview
We are looking for a **responsible and detail-oriented** Admin Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth internal workflows. This role is perfect for someone organized, disciplined, and able to handle multiple small tasks with precision.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle administrative work: data entry, document organization, filing
- Assist with eCommerce orders, delivery arrangements, invoice processing
- Manage office supplies and basic procurement
- Help coordinate with vendors, couriers, service providers
- Assist in logistics and simple project tracking
- Take on any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
**Requirements**:
- SPM or higher qualification
- No experience needed
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Notion, WhatsApp
- **Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable**:
- Able to work independently, follow instructions, and complete tasks on time
- Familiar with AI for daily usage preferred
