*ROLE: Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker - Taiwan Market)*

*(WFH -Employees will work from home after 3 months of onboarding)*

*Start Date:* 18th August 2025

*Job Scope*: Handle customer service matters and liaise with Taiwan market

*Location:* Location: Sunway Visio Tower, Kuala Lumpur Sentral Malaysia.

*Salary Package*

*Total Salary*: RM3,800/month

*Overtime Allowance:* Provided

*Requirements:*
- Minimum SPM qualification (must pass BM and Sejarah)
- Fluent in Mandarin and able to read/write in Traditional Chinese
- Must be able to start on 18 August 2025
- Willing to work on a rotational shift basis

*Benefits:*
- 19 days annual leave
- 14 days medical leave
- Work-from-home option after 3 months probation (based on excellent performance)

*Job Details:*
- Shows empathy by listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
