**Admin cum Order Processing Assistant (Home Office, Setia Alam)**
Join a growing **trading company** in Setia Alam, specializing in **IC chip and RAM card trading**, where you’ll be part of a small, friendly team in a **comfortable home office environment**.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Perform general admin duties - filing, data entry, document handling.
- Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and issue delivery notes.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on order status and delivery arrangements.
- Keep accurate records of stock, orders, and transactions.
- Support your supervisor with day-to-day office tasks and occasional ad hoc duties.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Basic admin knowledge or experience in a similar role is a plus (fresh grads welcome).
- Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good command of **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken & written).
- Must have own transport (easy access to Setia Alam).
